The 66fit 40cm board has an acute 16 degree angle tilt and small sized wooden ball at the base making it a difficult and challenging piece of rehabilitation/ exercise equipment. With this in mind the 40cm size Wooden Balance Board is recommended for intermediate to professional use only.
Please Note: Take care when using on tiled floor to avoid slipping. Preferably for use on a padded floor mat/ carpet etc for added safety.

"This wobble board is more advanced that used when beginning Physio but offers all the same benefits. It's well made, and because of the wooden underneath ball fixed to it (the bit that makes it wobble) you aren't worried about that crushing or splitting in comparison to a plastic model. And also is smooth to the touch so therefore doesn't scrape your floor, however I would recommend using a non slip mat for wooden floors to avoid it slipping. This was also half the price for the same product (the wooden brands) as other places are selling them for so again excellent value for money."
It's tucked away until November for a birthday gift however I have had a turn and it seems terrific
